Many woman want to have plumper, symmetric and nicely shaped breasts, they strengthen self-confidence and satisfaction with your own body. Breast augmentation is done using the silicone gel-filled breast implants.

Females chose this surgery for different reasons, one of them – too small breast size. Breast augmentation using breast implant may be required to restore symmetry of breasts or breast volume after breastfeeding, to maintain proportionality for buttocks or shape of the whole body.

Usually, a lipid tissue necessary for breast enlargement is taken by liposuction from any other desired body site – abdominal, thigh, hip or waist area. When enlargement using a lipid tissue is chosen, breasts can be enlarged by one cup size.  

How breast augmentation using the implants is done?

Breast augmentation surgery is carried out under the general anaesthesia and lasts about two hours. The patient on the same day can be discharged or to chose to stay in our clinic for one more day. 

Following the plan discussed beforehand with client, the surgeon makes incisions that are used to insert the implants beneath the breasts. The doctor  will discuss with you in advance the possible locations of the incisions and will explain advantages of any of them.

• Incisions under the breast;
• Incisions at the breast aureole;
• Incisions at the armpit.

Post-surgical period and care

You will feel tension in the breast region and swelling during the first days after the surgery. Just after the surgery you will have for at least 2 months wear a special compressive bra, which will help to control swelling and will support the implants in the correct position. 

You can return to your working activities in about 4-5 days after the surgery. It is recommended to avoid physical activity for at least 3 weeks and lifting of heavy items for about 4-6 weeks after the surgery. The doctor will answer all your questions and will provide with all necessary recommendations regarding the post-operative care. 

The final result will be seen after 3-6 months, after complete breast healing and acquiring the permanent shape.
